Working as a Level 2 Network Support Engineer at Service Desk Centre (SDC) NOC PTCL Headquarter CTH Exchange Mcleod Road, Lahore. My responsibilities includes to provide PTCL Broadband Access Network support to CPEI (Modem Installer) on 1212 Helpline in the region of Punjab by remotely accessing (telnet) the layer 2 switches (HUAWEI, ZTE & Alcatel) and performing required configurations after troubleshooting the problems using BNCC, AAA and Customer Support Portals and ensuring software/ hardware complied with regulations and safety codes. Management and maintenance of the HSI VLANs (Broadband) and Video on Demand VLans (IPTV). I also operate Oracle based ERP Siebel Communications 8.1 in order to resolve Trouble Tickets originated against the customer complaints from 1218/ 1236 Helpline.
