Currently working as TAC Engineer at Technical Assistance Center (TAC), CYBERNET. My responsibilities includes:
 Technical support of Fiber (GPON, METRO & Dark Core), Radio (RF, WiMAX, 3G/4G), Satellite (VSAT) & DSL links.
 Troubleshooting of Access & Transmission network including both Data & Internet links (L2, L3 & L3 MPLS, Voice & VC).
 Configuration, Deployment & Integration of Fiber, WiMAX, 3G/4G & Radio links to the Customers production network.
 Configuration & Deployment of Routers & Switches (CISCO, JUNIPER, HUAWEI, MIKROTIK, MAIPU & RAISECOM).
 Configuration & Deployment of Firewalls (CISCO ASA, JUNIPER SRX & PALO ALTO).
 To provide real-time support to customers via emails, phone calls and by remotely accessing CPE devices.
 To visit customer premises for rectification of issues regarding both LAN & WAN connectivity.

Working as a Level 2 Network Support Engineer at Service Desk Centre (SDC) NOC PTCL Headquarter CTH Exchange Mcleod Road, Lahore. My responsibilities includes to provide PTCL Broadband Access Network support to CPEI (Modem Installer) on 1212 Helpline in the region of Punjab by remotely accessing (telnet) the layer 2 switches (HUAWEI, ZTE & Alcatel) and performing required configurations after troubleshooting the problems using BNCC, AAA and Customer Support Portals and ensuring software/ hardware complied with regulations and safety codes. Management and maintenance of the HSI VLANs (Broadband) and Video on Demand VLans (IPTV). I also operate Oracle based ERP Siebel Communications 8.1 in order to resolve Trouble Tickets originated against the customer complaints from 1218/ 1236 Helpline.

GSM/ UMTS/ LTE Radio Interface & Cell Parameters. GERAN/ UTRAN Handover Scenarios & Algorithms, Call Flows, Network Planning & Optimization using LMT. Drive Testing using TEMS Investigator, Actix Analyzer & Nemo Outdoor.

This led me to monitor and maintain telecommunication systems (DSLAM/ MSAG/ ONU Switches) as well as troubleshooting and ensuring software/ hardware complied with regulations and safety codes.
Solving problems installing and performing system checks and counseling others were routine aspects of my daily operations.
